Consultations (Tarot, Astrology, Crypto, etc.)
All consultations are final sale. Due to the time and preparation involved, I do not offer refunds for missed or completed sessions. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
Downloadable Products (Courses, Webinars, E-Books, etc.)
All digital products are non-refundable. Once purchased, you will have immediate access to the content. Due to the nature of digital downloads, I cannot offer returns or exchanges. If you experience technical issues accessing your product, please contact me and I’ll assist you promptly.
Physical Products (Soap, Lifestyle Goods, etc.)
I want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or store credit. Due to the nature of my small-batch, handmade items, I do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or skin sensitivity.
